Well more than bothering about a longer torso or longer legs or whatever, it is more important to have a healthy body. Go for gym classes and do the basic exercises first. After a couple of months, ask the instructor for help on this aspect but please remember that there is only so much one can do when some things are written in the genes. One thing that is not to be done is to lift weights. Do the exercises which do not require them such as pull ups and stretches etc.

Even with leg-lengthening devices, you'll only gain a few centimeters. Why waste alot of money over something so superficial?

Why??????

This is not a physical problem but one of body image. You don't need surgery, but you would benefit greatly from counselling.
