I hesitate to respond to this question, for fear others might use this forum for possibly life-threatening health problems.

I would seek professional advise immediately -- or as immediate as absolutely possible.

Free clinic or other health care clinics are an option, but they often have limited hours.

Your are placing quite a bit of stress on you body -- weight loss supplement, jogging/running, rather quick loss of weight in a rather short period of time, and change of diet. Holidays are also a natural stressor -- what is the straw that broke the camels back, have you already visited it ??

Danger !! Danger !!
You need medical attention.

As a nutritionist, I would say you may have a magnesium deficiency, which leads to cramping and muscle constriction , especially if you are running that many miles per day. You can take 500 mg a day no more. Other then this I would suggest to go directly to the doctor, it may be related to the stress of the holidays.

Go to a free clinic, or an emergency room. Sounds like you need help.
