Providing you are sensible a motorcycle is safer as you can accelerate away from trouble easier than on a bicycle. You can also keep up with traffic. It is easier to keep you balance at slow speed on a motorbike.

no its not.
the bike does many things a bicylce does not do .
with a twist of the throttle the bike will bring the front tire off the ground and or flip over. this also results in the rear wheel spinning so fast balance is lost easily . it is not really possible to make such a mistake on a bicycle.
the bike wieght is much greater and so when stopped if not carefull the bike will tip over . the muffler and engine are very hot and having your leg in there while attempting to get the bike off is one terrible job.
the motor bike has a clutch and gears and like a car with same transmission if shifted wrong the bike stalls.
the bike can easily go so fast that a speed wobble can happen this is just what it sounds like the bike begins to wobble and then often the rider falls off.
the bigger the bike and the more powerfull the bike the harder it is to ride most of the time. the dirt bikes are hard to ride because the power to wieght ratio is such that the bike does all of the above with only a slight twist of the gas. the bikes are also higher and so the person feet dont come flat on the ground when stopped.
another thing is that on a bicylce often a person can put his foot down on the ground when moving and not much happens . if this is done on a motor bike a person can loose a foot . i knew someone that had that happen just going around a courner after a red light so not fast he thought ok i am going to lean and put my foot down to hold the bike up but nope didnt work and off came his foot

Well, riding is easier if you are comparing experienced riders, but motorcycling is NOT automatic and takes FAR more skill to operate properly and safely. Despite what the squids tell you, there is much more to riding a motorcycle than twisting the throttle. That's why so many of them end up dead.
You can learn the basics of each one in about a month, but you wouldn't take your mountain bike down a steep, technical trail or tackle a 10-mile road climb, would you? It still takes a few years with either one to really get the hang of it.
Anyone that says otherwise, I'm up for either a motorcycle run through the canyons or a 10-mile, 4,000' gain bike ride.

in the start, information do not help your delusion that using in site visitors is risky. I journey on important roads each artwork day and many non artwork days. i'm 40 9 years previous. i have been doing this in a important city because the mid 80's. in case you knew what you've been speaking about then how is it a chance that i'm nonetheless alive? enable's get to the truth about your motivations. you do not imagine that you need to ought to go in the course of the trivial inconvenience of sharing the line with bicyclists. that is time so that you may develop up and get over it. Sharing the roads with bicyclists is elementary. I were utilizing considering I were given my newbies enable at age 15 and a nil.5 in 1979. I have pushed nicely over a nil.5 million miles in that factor. I have under no circumstances stumbled on it confusing to percentage the line with bicyclists. different motorists reason basically about all the delays and inconvenience interior the line. the basically reason that you've a difficulty with bicyclists is that you refuse to settle for the actual incontrovertible truth that bicyclists have a good to be there. you may keep in mind that that's the regulation yet you refuse to settle for it no matter if you keep in mind that that's the regulation or not. numerous years in the past, I were given severe about studying bicycle safe practices and under no circumstances lengthy after that, i finished having close calls. i don't have unintended close calls. i have not had one in years. I do exactly not. that's because i understand a thanks to make confident that motorists continually see me and are under no circumstances wondered about what to do to get round me thoroughly. back, for emphasis: that is time so that you may develop up. Making excuses to ward off trivial inconveniences is infantile.
