i hav started gettin abnormaly fat wid my rest physic apsolutely fit but my tummy a bit protruding. it has just started this month as i had lots of junk food n no home food.
wat precautions should i take and what should i do to get my physic normal. i dont prefer to go to jim for this.....so any thing that can be done at home.

If you have no equipment to use - walk, walk, walk (jog some if you can), and do some sit-ups and push-ups while watching tv (during commercials or something). Work on it until you're comfortable enough to go to the gym and start doing some resistance training. With weight lifting thrown in, the fat should start to "melt" a little quicker. Good luck! Exercisers are available in many shapes and sizes,it depends on your personal choice which you will like and which may suit you the most.Therefore I would suggest that first go to an expert to get knowledge what kind of exercises will suit you most and accordingly you can go for the equipment.
In these days YOGA exercises being preached by BABA RAM DEV are considered to be the best remedy for the body.

You cant avoid going to JIM.You must go to the JIM. JIM will be able to help you to get rid of your fat. JIM will help you build thse muscles. There is no way that you can stay away from JIM.

But before all that..learn how to spell .

PushUps-For your pecs/chest
Sit Ups-For your abs
Squats-To Tone your butt/thighs

Avoid junk foods, and subsitute good fruits, like apples,banannas

crunches, push ups, invest in a set of dumbells you can use them for curls, tricep extensions, or lunges
