i know theres no magic way to make yor hair grow but is there anything to do that will help it grow

Vitamins E and A are good for hair and nails. Omega 3 fatty acids as well.

keep it trimmed regularly and I take biotin pills that I get from GNC-they are no miracle but they will add at least a little to your average hair growth per month-healthy hair always grows faster, make sure your not using at home color or anything either-use professional shampoos, and products etc

just brush it every hour then it will grow and i no this sounds funny but you want to cut about a half in. off your hair every too months bc then it grow that amount back and double that so do this and i promise it will grow quick oh and don't wash it every night wash it every other night for it to not get to damaged bc of all the brushing and washing and cutting. if from all the cutting you get split ends just dip your hair tips in oils/ lemon juice / egg white do this right before a shower so you can wash this out. all you will need is one egg one lemon ( roll before sqeezing to get the juices flowing) and 1 teaspoon full of reagular oil and one teaspoon full of olive oil. this will help your hair grow quicker to so even if you don't have split ends apply this to the ends of your hair by laying ends on a towel and useing a butter brush and sweeping in a motion with the flow of your hair. remeber do this one or twice a month. p.s. if you are allergic to oils just use water.

use henna, it collored the hair a lil and make the hair more to live
