You need to brush your tongue, floss, and use mouthwash. Seems like a lot, but I'd do anything to get rid of that nasty morning breath.

Report away:):). I would seriously look at what you are eating.
Are you eating garlic an donions? (which I love)., fish ect.
Try gorgling several tinmes after eating and brushing with warm salted water.
Yuo may have soem stromach truble which is agravating your system. if yuo don't have heart trouble take a small (1/4 tea spoon ful ) of baking soda in water before bed time and se if it stops the morning after taste. but stil used th e salt water rainse.

YOU could take a small amount of mouth wash in water and salt it.
it could also be your mouth wash is too strong.

You might need to do more than just brushing. Use dental floss every day, follow up with using a tongue scraper, then brush your teeth and follow that up with using a mouthwash like cephacol that kills bacteria.

If you are constantly having morning breath, you might need to talk to you dentist. It's possible that you have the beginnings of a cavity or infection in your mouth. It's also possible that if you have regular allergies that the post-nasal drip is causing the yucky taste. If your teeth are fine, you might need to talk to your primary care doctor to check out any sinus issues or allergies.

Try natural tooth paste from the health food store.
That is what we use Jason Toothpaste. We are health nuts here.
Or try getting natural pepermints to suck on.

Try flossing as well. If this does not work there may be more to it. Talk to your dentist.
