Take some oil in a fry pan or a wok.
Add some cut vegetables in it.
Stir fry.
Add some soya sauce.
Add some tomato sauce.
Add some pepper and salt.
Add the leftover rice and mix well.

To reheat 2 cups of rice, add 2 Tablespoons of water and microwave. Time will depend on wattage of oven. For additional flavor, add 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce and a dash of garlic powder before microwaving.

Cook 1cup french cut green beans according to package directions. Drain and add to 2 cups reheated rice. Stir in 1/4 cup sliced, toasted almonds. Makes about 6 1/2 cup servings.

If it's just regular white rice, here's an idea:

Saute some chopped onion in butter until soft. Add more butter and then add leftover rice and saute until well warmed and slightly browned. Add mushrooms and stir until desired doneness. Salt and pepper as desired.

There are alot of ways to pep-up left over rice.
stir fry it
make broccoli casserole
add ham/chicken broth to it
and/or add diced ham/chicken/turkey to it
add shrimp/soy sauce/diced onion for shrimp fried rice
or any various add in's for variations of fried rice
add to a pot of cooked beans for beans & rice...(also called hoppin' john's a popular new year's dish)

Add soy sauce, stir fry veggies and shrimp, chicken or beef. Make a rice salad or Arancini (Italian rice balls).
