It is precisely because you drink so little water routinely that your body is reacting that way when you do. If you were to drink adequate water daily, your body wouldnt reject it so.
Take your body weight, divide that number in half. That halved number is how many ounces of water you should be drinking every day. (180# = aprox 3 quarts a day)

If you have been checked out by a competent doctor, then relax. Some folks remain hydrated better than others, and their kidneys do not work as fast - - they dont need to. So enjoy life, and be relaxed about it
