About 10 years ago I broke my pinky and it never healed properly, I can't bend it or move it at all. I got those little bubbles on my finger and I had a doctor check it out, he said not to worry because they're just bubbles forming under the skin. He said picking it would probably create more bubbles because you're bothering and fussing with the skin. I have a few scars left over from picking at it because like you said a clear liquid comes out and refills quickly, but the skin hasn't had time to heal before you go on and pick it again. I think your best bet would be to leave them alone but if you honestly can't control yourself and you have to pick at them, at least do it after a nice hot shower so the pores are open and they pop more easily (similar to acne). The bubbles aren't a skin disease or anything, I wouldn't waste your money on treatments or gels or something. Just let it heal on its own.

Bubbles On Skin

You have the same thing I have. It is called Hand Dermatitis. It is not contagious and should not spread to the rest of your body. It is a skin condition that is usually picked up as a child and is sometimes brought back up in the future. The best thing you can do is don't wash your hands when not necessary, from what I understand it pops up from an over-drying of the skin. Keep your hands well moisterized. There is no way to get rid of it, but there are way to keep it from flaring up too bad. Just type in your search bar "Hand Dermatitis" and you will find lots of information on it. It is very likely that people who are allergic to latex have this skin condition.

I get those in the summer time - when it is really hot and humid.
Heat blisters.
Yours, I don't know. I would see a dermatologist.
Probably nothing serious, but have them checked out anyway.

I've had them before - don't worry about them - and certainly don't pick them!
