Place chips around the edge of the plate with egg in centre along side this just place a small piece of lamb and a slice of pork a little bit of stuffing (from the turkey your not having) then just nip out into the garden and cut a few herbs place along with a few carrots, Brussels, make sure your chips are the large size well done to crisp and then to make it more like Christmas make sure the Butler serves it piping hot Oh! And by the way you might as well throw out the egg that’s just not Christmas

Don't waste money on holly! Just chop up some Christmas cards and put the pictures round the plate.
And if they complain, tell them it's a turkey egg. They'll never know the difference!

Garnishes! Lots of greenery & cut vegetables in shapes i.e.flowers of layered carrot or other firm vegetable that has been cut out with a petal-shaped canape cutter & topped with a center from another colored veggie. Also, take a 2-3" strip of slightly steamed red bell pepper and wrap it around lemon dipped jicama stick (or similar white root vegetable) to make candy canes. Trees can be cut from bell pepper with pimento ornaments and cream cheese snow/garland. Ask if you want more ideas,

put the eggs so they look like holly berries and use crinkle chips so they look like the holly leaves. You can also use ketchup to make festive patterns on the plate (this is easier if using squeezy ketchup).
Merry Xmas
