Stick to mostly a liquid diet, i.e. shakes (no sugars here use protein powders fill in with splenda if necessary, no fat, I use optimum protein powder with flax seeds, 8 oz skim milk, 5 frozen strawberrys and a cup of ice in a blender) for breakfast & dinner, and eat diet bars / salads for lunch. Run 7 miles a day (take your time, just make sure you have at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity).
you either had a really long weekend or you are about 670 lbs so this would be a 10% increase, maybe both, either way good luck.

get healthier, watch the nutriental facts on the food you eat, do a lot of crunches/set ups, and run around the park in 2 miles... do all this a day, and you should be losing weight the healthy way.
One of the best reason to explain why you gain so much weight quick is because food is good and we cant resist them. Maybe you don't realize you've been consuming large amount of calories, and carbs. Think about what you've eaten and calculate the servings in it. Maybe that will help.

are you sure it was 68 pounds??? how is that possible? I've gained 4-6 pounds in a weekend but 68 pounds is ridiculous! Is the balance broken?

You will need to do 100,000 situps and 50,000 pushups immediately, followed by a 2000 mile walk. That should take off 68 pounds by next weekend. OR you could buy an accurate scale, since yours is obviously wrong!!

i think you should cut down on the sweets such as christmas cookies and eat the helthier side dishes like salad instead of ordering pizza for dinner take a few minutes to make a salad put whatever you want in it such as chicken or crutons and dont use bottled dressing instead make a vinigrette an most imporantly dont sit on the sofa all day

I think your scale may be broken. It's impossible to gain weight that quickly. How many sizes did you go up? But to lose weight, diet and exercise....

68 pounds! oh my gracious! you have to lose it slowly, and the correct way. excerise everyday for 30 minutes , do not eat what you were eating, eat health foods. snack once a week and don't over do it.
