Are you refering to the Torah (O.T.) Tanach (Jewish writings) or N.T.?

I don't have a cocordance with me so I can't give chapter/verse at this time but there are several referances to His consistancy. Here's one - There is no shaddow of turning - concerning fellowship in the light.
