I seldom drink water. But whenever i drink more water, i would have to visit the toilet very frequently. Sometimes, when i only drink a glass of water before going to bed, i would have to wake up several times (4 or 5) to the toilets.
I have done blood test but it shows OK.

Sounds like your body isn't used to drinking water, so when you do drink it you have to urinate more. It's perfectly normal. Frequent urination with no change in the amount of water being taken in could indicate diabetes or a prostrate problem for males. Sounds like yours is just because of water intake.

Depends on what you drink in place of water regularly. Caffeine is of course a diuretic and will increase your trips to the bathroom so adding more water on a high caffeine intake would explain some of it. Going frequently could be a sign of an enlarging prostate a tell-tale to make sure you are not diabetic(body will try to expel excess sugar in that fashion) but it sounds like you have done some blood work. You can also have kidneys that don't evacuate together. My mother, poor thing, has a kidney situation where one empties, and, like a clock, 15 minutes later the other follows. For her frequent trips are a habit. A urologist could give you better information and if you are nervous about it talk to you regular doc and he might suggest a good urologist for you. Be well.

You need to get right. The normal bacteria are killed and need replacing . You need to drink and use some vitamin c to help clean the blood . If you were able to exercise or have sex you would urinate less as the fluids can be dumped in both those activities. Whatever you do trust your friends before the doctors.

Your bladder just might be small. It also depends on your age. Older (elderly) people have more problems holding their urine due to loss of muscle tone. A urinary tract infection can cause this also, but there are usually other symptoms that appear such as burning on urination. You probably need to have a urinalysis and if that doesn't show anything, then maybe you should see a urologist if it becomes persistent. Good luck!!

4 or 5 times a night is abnormal in my opinion, unless you're also having soup or something else that's got a lot of liquid in it in combination with the water. I would suggest you ask your doc.

If one is older frequent urination can be normal. But a doctor can tell you for sure if there is a problem.
