The lord's prayer?
Our father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day, our daily bread, and forgive us our tresspasses, and we forgive those who tresspass against us and lead us not into tempation but deliver us from evil. In the name of the father, son, and holy spirit, Amen.

I think you know this prayer. If you don't wanna use this one, you can just make one up. Let the lord know that you are thankful for the food and family, and everyhing else.

Merry Christmas

"Good bread,
Good meat.
Good God,
Let's EAT!"

Just kidding. My family says grace at other meals, but Christmas Dinner includes a thanks for the family members and loved ones present, a request for blessings for those not present, a request for peace to those unable to be with loved ones or unable to celebrate for one reason or another, and a thanks for the gift of Christ to the world.

Mine usually goes something like this:

Heavenly Father, thank you for everything You have provided, but most especially for the gift of your Son, Jesus.

Bless this food to our bodies, our bodies to Your service, in Jesus Name, Amen.

A prayer of thanks from you heart. Then it would be nice to recite the "Lords Prayer", since this is the prayer Jesus taught the people to pray when they ask: "Lord, how do we pray".
