It doesn;t work.
Both "Mythbusters" and "Brainaic" proved it to be bunk

I forget the actual musical note, but it was from a South Park episode where there were thousands of 4th graders playing some song (I forget which one) and Cartman (I think) switched the music for the New York kids who were hassling the SP kids, but it was mistakenly copied and given to ALL the kids.
I laughed so hard at that one. I wish I knew the note, though.
BUT, if you can't remember the note, remember: the last thing you do before you die is crap your pants, so the end result's the same.
