I have no idea how it happened or if its normal, but the box dosen't have any info about it. I used it yesterday and it chapped my lips really bad and they were hurting, and now today, they are sort of puffy and somewhat swollen (they look nice lol). But is this normal? Or if this just gonna go away?

Actually, as the day goes by, its going away. I'm honestly not allergic to anything (so far) i think its just because i left it on my face... i had to look for something outside lol. I'll be sure to not leave it on for over a min next time.

No, this isn't normal! Puffy, chapped and painful lips mean that you are definitely allergic to it. Stop using the soap - if it claims to whiten the skin, it may have strong chemicals that will definitely damage your skin. See your dermatologist, he/she will prescribe something that will make the allergic reaction go away.
