Don't put it in the fridge. Garlic lasts longer in a dark, dry place, like a kitchen cupboard or pantry. I keep mine in the spice cabinert.

There are even special jars for keeping garlic in. They are usually ceramic and have a lid.

Don't keep it in the fridge. When you close the door, it's cold and dark in there, so the garlic thinks it's underground, and sprouts "upwards" to try & find the outside world.

Garlic bulbs will last much, much longer without sprouting just kept out somewhere in the kitchen.

Bon appetit! & Happy Festivus....

You could..
- Grind them and store them in the fridge as juice (easy use)
- Peal the skin and dip em in salt water, dry them through, then put them in plastic bags to store
- Freezer
