Our small town library has oil paintings that were donated and need some TLC. Are there funds out there to help with this project? Paintings are over 100 years old.

coco try some of the big museum sites and then govt especially the NEA and the humanities council site the Getty also may have a bit of what you are looking for also check out the Palaces of Legion of Honor and get to someone on their restoration staff good luck but there is money out ther all the best in the coming year working with an ever decreasing budget librarians rule!!
