Sweetheart if you have a son, Then maybe it would be okay to meet someone. But if you have a daughter, I really wouldn't be to quick to bring a new man into her life right now. But if you really want to meet someone in this day and time, Then you should go to church. Their are still some Nice guys there. And you will see just how he reacts around your children in that type of setting. You really must be careful in this day and time of who you bring into your children life. You must think about them first.

Actually, there's no real reason why you couldnt find a nice guy in a bar, but lots of people dont like hanging out in bars anway.
Just increase your social circle by getting involved in things where there is a high chance of meeting single guys. Night classes are always good ,

Check with your community center and see if they offer a program called Single Parents. I've never been to one of the meetings, but I was told by two friends that they're great.
Not only do you meet people, but everyone has something in common, even if it's only the fact that they all have kids.

Not online thats for sure, you could go to bars I guess, I actually am clueless, Im only 19 so I wouldnt know where nice 40 yr old men hang out. Sorry, but i hope you find somebody that will treat you right

You r still a single parent??? In my 40's kids were grown & gone.Just don't be in a hurry a nice one will show up. That e-harmony website does sound ok.

school functions,,,,friends,,,,even internet dating,,,,parks,,, but for nice guys i doubt you'll find them at bars
