i like a girl, i told her she changed a bit (personality wise), she wondered why no-one else told her....

do you consider change a good or a bad thing ?

Erm, the whole "noticing" thing is not needed - if you don't notice it, it's not an issue. This is hard to explain - but do you see what I mean? Making 'noticing' an issue is ... filler. Oxymoron, in a way.

And to answer the actual question here - it all depends on the change, of course. And if you're not dating her then let her grow and change as much as she wants. If you are dating her, and the changes are affecting the relationship badly, THEN it's an issue.

Noticing change is a good thing. You are aware of things going on around you. Change can be good or bad. It Depends on the change and the way the person was before.

Nick,
One of the things that keeps us alive as human beings is our ability to be alert.
We need to be alert at all times, sometimes even when we sleep as my mom likes to say.
The fact that you could quickly recognise that she's changed Id say is a plus.
Always remember that to be forewarned is to be forearmed.
just know when to talk and when not to and you should be fine.
