it won't hurt you - the excess protein you eat gets excreted in your urine
your protein intake all depends on your weight
how much do you weigh?
for example a 200 lb guy would need 200 - 250 grams of protein a day divided by 6 meals to gain muscle

If you are weight lifting and trying to gain muscle mass, you especially need extra protein since it is the single most abundant component for muscle synthesis and repair. In order for your muscles to maintain an anabolic (muscle building) state, you need to consume protein throughout your day, most certainly right after working out. Whether 52 grams at one point is healthy/unhealthy or not depends on how much your body actually absorbs and uses. Most common answer I've found is that an average person needs about 25-30 grams of protein per serving. If you consume protein without your body needing it as much as it does just after a workout, your body could store the excess as fat, but you shouldn't have a problem with that though if you are active physically and are building muscle. What difference does it make? If that's your photo posted, and you have a functioning liver, then the only purpose in taking the protein shakes or the creatine supplements is to attempt to damage your kidneys. They can't possibly help you "bulk up." So why not do some good and donate a kidney before you damage them, and save the bucks on the supplements.

you can't get enough protein. You should get approx 1 gram for every pound of body weight when you are lifting.
