Take a deep breath..Now move on..Let them know that what they did was unforgetable and will not be tolerated..Find a new best friend worth having and a new man that knows your worth. It will be a hard road but have faith in yourself you can do it..Just remember when your thinking of him that once a cheater alwas a cheater..You can stay with him but it gives him the signal that what he did was ok..
Good Luck..Sorry it had to be your so-called best friend

I just went through the EXACT same thing, only it wasn't my best friend, however it doesn't change the advice. So here goes, ok first off, rally whatever OThER g/friends you have together, and stick around them until it doesn't hurt so bad, keep busy! Go and DO stuff right away, and keep your mind occupied. Then every time you start to get sad, write down all the hurt and pain you felt about it and re-read that and then ask yourself if you really wanted a life long episode of that event, or to be middle aged and then to go through it after putting in all those years. Better to find out now, be hurt, and then go on to find love and happiness with YOUR guy that you deserve. Remember, people will only treat you bady if you allow it, so demand more, and you'll get more!! Yeah! P~ : )

That is a hard call, sorry for your pain. Just take it one day at a time. If you cannot get passed this and it causes you to distrust him that would not be healthy for the relationship. Stuff like that can really hurt. About your best friend I bet she feels terrible and I can only say that I am sorry that that happened to you. Just start believe in your own self worth and try not to get bogged down by all this pain.

You really want to get over him ok this is what you are going to do, first find things to do to clear you head from thinking of him go out with your friends, go to the movies or shoping or even clubbing. Do not call him ignore him completely and then change your hair get a makeover for him to notice that you have moved on and dont need him in your life you can do better Girl!!! And to your "best friend" KARMA!!!!

Go through the steps like a grieving process. But don't let him see that you are sad. If and when you see either of them, be strong, and it will make you feel better to know that you are the better person. Only time will heal the pain. But it will get better and you will find love again. Hang in there.

Some very old advice I read in Playboy that works equally well for men and women is this: The best way to forget bf is to find another man.
Good Luck

LISTEN TO ME CAREFULLY: Be very nice to your boyfriend. When you're together again at some nice places... preferrably in bed, at a tender moment, tell him of your sadness but you love him. Do not let go of your bf.
However, dump your girl friend immediately.

You should dump your bf and broke up with your best friend. And take my word "do not trust anymore people in your life, especially your closest friend."
