As a matter of fact I did.

When I was 17 there was a 22 I wanted to date. They said I couldn't because he was too old for me. I reminded them that their rules for me dating said that he had to be in school or have a FT job. He was in college AND worked full time for the Highway dept. Nowhere in any of the rules they laid out for me mentioned age. I got to date him on a technicality.

He was a wonderful first romance, and I am glad that I had him in my life. We dated for 7 months, until I went into the Navy.

I think maybe once? I'm not sure. It's EXTREMELY rare. If i ever win a fight with my parents, i want it engraved in stone. lol. And yes, it would be worthy of a GRAND celebration. A big banquit, the works. If you want to win a fight with your parents, hire a loyer.

Yes, but the only way you can do it is if you have something against them, you have thought out what you have sad before them, or you play on the pity factor by crying. Its hard because parents seem to know everything (for some odd reason) but you eventually win a fight with them if you play your cards right.

Yes I have. But I know my role as a respectful child and it was not really a fight. It was more like an argument. Once I explained my point of view back up by historical facts, it was no problem getting them to see the light.

If you are fighting with your parents you need to be put in jail or all of you un-civilized people. it is called assault and it is against the law.

i could somewhat no longer communicate approximately it here despite the fact that it could get exceedingly gruesome. What befell afterwards? we don't refer to a minimum of one yet another in any respect different than for mandatory issues like if i visit consume dinner or something. yet while the combat is unquestionably, particularly, rather undesirable, then we can't refer to a minimum of one yet another for 2 days the main and issues in straightforward terms gets prevalent after a week. Edit: in the event that they are hitting then you definately this is not precise. My mum oftentimes throw my books/stuff on the floor however. yet hitting you is by no skill precise.

I constantly win fights with my parents. I'm a lot more cunning than they are and I'm a writer so I have a better offensive vocabulary than they do. They haven't tried to do anything stupid to me in a long time.

Yes but the cost was high. I would rather be happy than right. What is there to win anyway? Just point scoring is meaningless.

Well, in my mind, I was always right and they were just exercising their power over me, trying to convince me I was wrong.
So, technically, I won quite a few fights, in practice however, I suppose being grounded doesn't mean I really did, does it?

Yes but get ready for the guilt trip that follows and don't bring up the fact later that you were right.
