I love this one, and I'm serving it tomorrow for Christmas:

Pomegranate Martini:
1/3 cup citrus vodka
1/3 cup pomegranate juice
2 tablespoons orange liqueur (I use triple sec)
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass rimmed with sugar. Garnish with lemon slice and float pomegranate seeds if you like.

It is so good, and a beautiful looking drink, too. Very festive!

Here's a super easy one, and it is delicious.

People who like sweet cocktails like this one, and people who prefer non-sweet, hardcore drinks like this one as well.

For a Raspberry Begonia, you need:

Lemonade (yellow)
Raspberry flavored rum (Diaz, Bacardi, etc)

Mix the ingredients together (7 parts lemonade, 1 part rum) and pour over ice in high ball glass.

Garnish with:

raspberries (the perfect touch!)
mint/bay leaves (optional)

Cheers!
