Bottle jacks by their nature are not mechanical but hydraulic -- if you want to be precise. A mechanical jack with a bottle shape is possible but why? If you want a detailed drawing then someone designed it for you. Two systems have been used (that I have seen) for bottle shaped jacks using a threaded screw type of arrangement and lifting lever (like car jacks) types.

If you want a mechanical bottle jack then you must use the "gear-endless" screw technique (because of it's ireversibility) but also it is totally useless (liquids are the most powerful hydraulic materials).
