He didn't, But if he had he would still have been killed and risen on the third day, and only those who believe in him would get eternal life... however as for would the others have been stoned to death? we cannot presume to know as it is all about the IF!
God would have ultimate control just as he still does, how they die does not matter, it is the fact that Jesus Christ did die and rose that matters. There is enough confusion without these IF questions!!!

"
Would Mary have been stoned to death?
Would Jesus have been stoned to death as a child because he questioned Islam?
Would Jesus' followers have been stoned to death?
"
They were and weren't in this timeline, so they would and wouldn't in the alternative timeline you mentioned. Nothing would changed, only the order of events were changed.
It should be noted that Jesus is in agreement with the Qur'an.

If Jesus had been born 600 years later, I can visualise 2 different scenarios.
1. Christianity would not have existed in Mohammed's time and he would have been exposed only to Judaism and his own pagan background ie less confusing than being exposed to 2 rather different faiths. He and his peers would therefore have probably accepted when the Jewish elders had preached to him and tried to convert him. In fact his forefathers may have already accepted Judaism before he was even born. In other words Islam would not even have come into existence
2. Mohammed and his peers, in their their younger days, would undoubtedly have met apostles and disciples of Jesus who had actually heard and/ or met him and would have been influenced by their 'fire' and accepted Christianity, despite any preaching from the Jews. Again, Islam would not have come into existence.
This is a rather simplistic answer to a hypothetical question, but worthy of some thought, I think.

this question is conjecture and hypothetical ONLY.
any answer can only be opinionated and biased.
but i will try not to be biased.
Jesus wouldve been born in the 1400 ad. the politics of the world would be different but, for every Muslim doctrine that was false jesus would've rebuked! and of course he would've been stoned and killed promptly. He would;ve ordained a few disciples and they wouldve gone into the world and subjected the gospels of the new testament to preach the corrections on Faith repentance and the promise of the resurrection.

It would have been impossible as it would not have fulfilled Biblical prophesy and therefore would not have been Jesus.
The Mathematical Odds of Jesus Fulfilling Prophecy by using the modern science of probability in reference to eight prophecies, 'we find that the chance that any man might have lived down to the present time and fulfilled all eight prophecies is 1 in 10 to the 17th power." That would be 1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000
Peter Stoner in Science Speaks (Moody Press, 1963) considers 48 prophecies and says, "we find the chance that any one man fulfilled all 48 prophecies to be 1 in 10 to the 157 power,

enable's no longer forget approximately that in case you're interpreting the King James version of the bible, you're interpreting a textual content cloth edited for a King. Do you think of the Kings followers wanted to tell him that his depictions of the bypass and Jesus have been Idolatry and as a result incorrect interior the eyes of God? The bible has been altered over the years, any member of Jehovah's Witness ought to tell you that. Mormons have faith interior the prophetic understanding of John Smith, so why is it no longer uncomplicated to have faith that Mohammed (PBUH) replaced into additionally a prophet? have you ever researched the beginning place of Christmas (Saturnalia) , or Easter (Ishtar)? those are tremendous examples of ways Christianity has been replaced to slot the perception structures of Pagans/Romans. maximum Christian Theologists ought to tell you this counsel, even the assumption of heaven replaced right into a Greek invention.
