It's very unhealthy to eat absolutely nothing for any period of time (even a day). but if this happens because you are sick or busy, your body has adapted (temporarily) by making your stomach shrink and stop churning. Then the stomach is not prepared to receive food so you might feel fuller faster or even feel queasy when you do eat.
if you haven't eaten in this long for some reason, you should start with a small, bland meal to avoid upsetting your stomach.
And try not to go so long without food. It's very unhealthy, as I said earlier.

If you don't eat or eat very little, your stomach shrinks so you don't feel hungry. That's probably why heavy people can't lose weight. Their stomach is so large from eating a lot, they need to keep eating or they are terribly hungry.

The brain and body work as one to survive. Nature makes the rules for how that should work. As the body adjusts to the situation, the mind finds a way to reduce the punishment. When it hurts too much to expect something, we stop.
