i am 6 foot1 and 185 pounds, im very coordinated in football and baseball so ,what kinds of things should i do, as in eating training etc, thank you.

i really need to know what kind of training i can do at home and what to eat because i dont know if i can afford a gym fee right now.

1:Well, I suggest eating healthy foods (fruits,vegetables,etc...)
2:Train often (three times a day. Push-ups and sit-ups are good)
3:Practice boxing with an experienced adult.
4:Believe in your self. Don't let people get you down by saying things like "you can't do it" and s*** like that.
I'm 14 and trying to make a band. It's difficult, but you can't give up!

Look to see if there is a boxing program in you school...if there isn't, research boxing schools in your local area. When you find one that you like or one that exists, get important information such as the cost of training per month or semester, and what equipment and dress you will need--and the cost associated with this. Then approach your parents with the idea.

Find a boxing arena or w/e you call those gyms for boxing. They'll train you and tell you everything you need to know.
