I exercise daily and watch closely what I eat. I never had the problem until after I had my daughter. They look terrible, I don't wear anything tight around my waist line.

Your exercise routine MAY not be affective. Don't necessarily attempt to target those areas. Instead, work out your entire body. And PLEASE, please mix in some resistance training (lift weights) with your cardio, if that's all you're doing. Eat 4 - 6 "sensible" meals per day. Watching what you eat does not mean starving yourself or eating 2 meals with only 400 calories each. Increasing your intake but eating smaller portions will actually increase your metabolism.

I will suggest if you go to specialist as you might have food intolerance which will keep all the fat stored in the body no mater what you do and how much you eat..also check your hormonal balance! Nutritional Therapist will do all that for you!

I would say your already doing the right thing, maybe you should talk to someone at the gym that can help you tone in certain areas, they do have exercises that target certain areas, hopefully this helps.

greates thing about our body is that is that it can feed on itself..eat less work out more...for very commercial break try to do 10 sit-ups...the hardest part is keeping up with the routine.

Keep doing crunches. I do them side to side instead of regular.
