Nope its an urban legend, I've tired the pop rocks and soda and jumping up and down thing, no explosions! I'm sure a swing wont make a difference.
Karma.

um, physically speaking..NO.....the pop rocks arent any more chemically reactive with soda than anything else. You're saliva would have a much better chance of causing such a thing to happen. but that wouldnt happen either. it'll be safe to jump on the swing after a soda and pop rocks binge session

the carbonation and the stuff in pop rocks will cause your stomach to expand. so in the long run will cause you to gain more weight. because it take more food to fill you up. it might cause to to throw up because your stomach can't hold all the air it will but in there. excessive gas can cause belching (burping) farting, stomach cramps. but i here it is fun to do. I don't know how all that could be fun but good luck at what ever you decide to do.

pop rocks are o.k. to take, i had alot of those whilst i became a baby interior the overdue 80s and early 90s and had no issues whatsover. i in basic terms ask your self why they dont sell it in 7-11 shops anymore.
