You should keep the slices in the broth that came from the turkey or you could buy some chicken stock and store it in plastic containers with the slices of turkey and when you reheat it pour a little of the stock on top and it will stay juicy

#1 Spread a very small amount of butter on each slice and lay those slices together, then seal in a zipper baggy, air tight.

#2 Cover with broth and store air tight.

If you mean throughout dinner, then placed in a coverd dish or cover with foil. It will help it stay warm and keep it moist.
If you mean as leftovers, Then cover with gravy and/or make turkey salad.
