What diet should I have to rid of constipation?

High fiber diets are the best for your intestinal tract and for constipation. The fiber helps stimulate your GI tract to push everything down and out. high fiber diets are also a good way to protect yourself from colon cancer. you can find fiber in cereal, whole grain bread, fruits and vegetables. you can also take a fiber supplement, but it is never as good as getting it in your diet.

Try taking alots of fiber fruits before every meals. If you want fruit juice the the whole juice with fiber, then you will see some changes. If not take some laxative to help you on the way till your bowels improve with the above method, it works

Eat fibre rich food - whole grain cereals, leafy vegetable, unpeeled carrots, apple etc. Drink a lot of water. Exclude highly refined foods from diet and fatty foods also. And exercise - a good walk also stimulates good bowel movement.
