i an sixteen years of age and i have a very flat chest.i feel very conscience about this...can i get help ?

Think of this... how many super models do you see with large breast. My advise is to go with it. I'm a D cup and I would love to have smaller breast so I can go with the braless look. Having large breast is too often over-rated. My guess would be that you like a guy that likes a girl with large breast.... It's his loss. You are perfect the way you are. If when you get older you are still uncomfortable, you can look into getting implants. There are bras called "water bras" that look like a natural bust line. But if you show up to school one day with bigger breast than the day before, people will notice and rumors will get spread that you stuff your bra. Buy some tight fitting t-shirts, tight hip hugger jeans and make the other girls with large breast jealous of you.

Don't worry hun. You're still developing. You may get big breasts yet.

If you want to add a bit of volume though, wear push ups or demi bras. These do wonders for cleavage. For extra oomph, get a water bra, or buy seperate silicone inserts that lie in the bottom of your bra.

If you are still self-conscious at age 21, then consider more drastic measures. I'm 17 and have DDs! I'm already thinking about a breast lift!

One more addage. I'm bi, and I actually like smaller breasts. I don't find girls with a cup size higher than a C all that physically attractive. I like them petite, kind of like a ballet dancer.

but there are some tricks to make it bigger...

1. the correct bra- paddings, push ups + tapes....
2. tops- wear those high cut ones, or spaghetti tops or tank tops which draws more attention to the collarbones and the shoulders :)
3. colour- BRIGHT!!!
4. accessories- dont choose necklaces which are very bulky and long coz they make it seem smaller... if going out at night put a little bit of glitter on your chest. this can be bought from any cosmetic stores... also, emphasize on the face more...
5. i heard that chinese medicine helps. but u have to go for accupunture... eeks... so this might not help so much...

I'm in the same situation as you so I understand how you feel. I'm in my twenties now and believe me, this will not always make you feel so bad when you get older. I still feel self conscious about it but it doesn't bother me as much as during my puberty years. There are many things in life besides a flat chest to worry about and, like my husband says, to look on the bright side, you will never have saggy breasts! Cheer up! You are more than just your breasts!

I'm also 16 and though i'm not flat chested my breasts are still growing! give it chance... Paris Hilton is also pretty much flat chested and look at her! Make the best of what u have! When u turn 21 if you're still flat then maybe u could consider going for implants...

You're too young to get breast augmentation because you're still growing but you can create an illusion to make your chest seem to look bigger.One way is to put on a tight shirt that says something across the chest.Another way is to wear bold colors like black, that shows off your figure and your breast.The third way is to wear a black bra under a see through white blouse and so it may seem your breasts may seem bigger.

I would love to be in your shoes. I have huge one and they hard to find a bra and now they are droopy. A guy I was dating actually told me to get a boob job to make them perky. ( he's gone). If I was you I would wear tube tops, Halter shirts and Boostiya. Invest in a good water bra and or padded bra. I also heard great things about push up bras. Remember one day you will have child's and your breast will be big but you have perfect one now so enjoy.
