Well, there are so many places, it's impossible to list just one.
Niagara Falls in Ontario is great of course. Millions of people come from around the world to see this natural wonder each and every year. Please do not confuse Toronto and Niagara Falls. They are two different cities. They are about an hour and a half away from each other though, so you could easily see both. Toronto has the CN Tower and so many other attractions as well.
Then again, there's Montreal, Quebec. Quebec City, Quebec. There's Newfoundland with all it's quaint fishing villages and of course it's right on the Atlantic. It's marvelous. There's the whole Maritimes provinces (New Brunswick, PEI & Nova Scotia). A lot of history and quaint Atlantic Canadian charm there. The people are extremely friendly. Of course Prince Edward Island is the home of Anne of Green Gables, a must see if you are in the Maritimes.
On the other end of the country in the west there's British Columbia, where you can visit Vancouver Island, or the mainland which has Vancouver. Inland there is the Okanagan Valley which is stunningly beautiful. Once you see the mountains in BC you never want to leave!
There's Alberta, which has Banff and Lake Louise, major tourist attractions there, not to mention the Calgary Stampede, on for a couple of weeks in July each summer. Tons of fun!!! There's also the West Edmonton Mall a little further north in Edmonton Alberta, which I believe is the biggest mall in North America, complete with its own indoor roller coaster.
Beyond that to the east is are the prairie provinces, all of which are beautiful and have their own unique attractions to offer. Further east, back in Ontario there is the whole of Northern Ontario to discover. The Muskoka region is lovely and well worth the travel time to see.
There is SO much to see and do all over Canada, but you kind of have to pick which area you want to spend your time in, in order to have a good quality holiday and get the most out of your vacation time. You can't possibly see it all at once. Canada is SO big, it's impossible. You would have to take several trips to Canada just to see the major attractions.
Come on up!!! You'll love it!

The Maritimes, there is such beautiful scenery and opportunities for fun. Prince Edward Island has some of the nicest white sand beaches in the world and it is perfect if you want a quiet place to relax. Nova Scotia and New Brunswick are also great for tourists. The Cabot Trail in Nova Scotia is beautiful and Fundy National Park in New Brunswick is awesome too!!

I enjoy my own province of New Brunswick. We have the highest tides in the world. The National Parks are great and the people from here are very friendly. My own town is ranked very high in best cities to live in.
But if you want more excitement then go to Ontario. Toronto has Canada's Wonderland (thrill rides, etc). Niagara falls is spectacular and there are many other touristy things in that area too such as Marine World and that also has thrill rides too.

Well, I live in Canada, so I don't really know the best place for tourists. Maybe the CN Tower in Toronto or Niagra Falls? Or maybe Montreal, or Vancouver.

Oh, I have been to Canada and loved it!!
My family and I went to Toronto, and we stayed in a hotel right next to Niagra Falls. It was so beautiful at night- the falls would light up in different colors.
So, if you're going to Canada, I suggest going to Toronto or Canada.
Have fun!!
