Try growing some sideburns or the mustache that droops down around the side of your mouth (forgot the name of that style). Try bulking up in the gym a little, too. If you wear a big, bushy hairstyle, try trimming it low to look a little more "refined". Other than that, it may just be your facial features and bone structure thats making you look that way. And then there may not be much you can do about it. But just enjoy it for now. 10 or 15 years from now you'll be wishing you looked younger. :-)
