No. Buddha himself was an incornation of Lord Vishnu of Hinduism and he established Buddhism with his teachings and morals. There can not be an incornation to an encornation as per mythology.-

Accordingly if he was a reincarnation of Maitreya (The future Buddha) he would be born with the same purified Karma and so would have great insight into this world and his own incarnation.
Though let me clear a few misconceptions about Buddhism.
Anyone who attains enlightenment becomes a Buddha, for Buddha means "awakened one".
So if Ram Bahadur Bomjam carries on his spiritual quest then he may well become a Buddha if he is not already one, only time will tell.
Yet Buddhahood is inside every living person, through meditation one can find the Buddha within.

The Buddha has already achieved mahaparinibbana,so the Buddha has been liberated from samsara.Who ever claimed to be reincarnation of the Buddha obviously does not know anything about the Teaching of the Buddha. This claim is an insult.

It's utter bull ****.
After all, NO human being can go more than a week without water, not to mention 9 months.
But people are stupid enough to believe it so, there is probably money to be made...
