I'm having filet mignon, mustard greens, yeast rolls, potatoes au gratin, gumbo (maybe), pecan pie or apple pie. It's going to be a toned down meal with not as many dishes as Thanksgiving.

My sister in law (and Da, we call Daddy-o) are from the UK. They prefer ham. The rest of my family is from US and enjoy turkey too. So, we always have both ham and turkey. Then there are side: stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn, greenbeans, gravy, biscuits or rolls, etc.
