It means that the person is a good person to buy from/or a buyer has had a good transaction with a buyer.

Usually when a transaction is handled quickly and efficiently a good (A+++++) rating is given. It's just a way of saying that the person is decent to work with.

Depending on the context, it either means you are a very good seller, or a very good buyer - it's a good thing!

Basically, when leaving feedback, they couldn't be bothered to think of anything to say, so they were obviously pleased with the transaction, but too lazy to think of something original.
