Ok , i m a confident guy and maybe even more, even though thats a self-praise.But there are these two places where I m just blank. Dancing and fear of hieghts.I m with a girl and I can say she's gettin really impressed( srry if i m praising myself too much), but when she wants to dance, i m nervous as hell, I just dont dance, just dont, i try but u'll start laughing its that bad, never been to dance classes and have no time now, so what should I do to impove on dancing.Plus I dance better when all alone in front of the mirror, Second, fear of hieghts, I can do river-rafting and other adventure sports, but those involing even little hieghts , like two floors high, and I'll will sweat, this sometimes is a disadvantage with girls, even bad impression sometimes, so , to cut it short can u help me improve on this

The first question was good enough...Since you can't dance & I'm not going to try to teach you. Just try dancing with very little movement and pay attention to your woman. That's what's most important!!! You girl will love the fact that you try to dance with her rather than hanging on the bar rail with all the losers watching and drinking a beer trying to act cool (NOT!!) Don't worry even if she makes fun of you. She still loves the fact that your out there dancing.

As for your heights, Dude, grow some, and Man up..Be a soldier, a warrior & say to your self "I can do this sh*t". "This ain't nothing"
(Oh..Don't look down, keep your head up). And once your up there for awhile you'll start getting used to the height.

Not everyone is a dancer so don't wory about that and fro the heights thing start out slow start with stepping up on a step stool or a chair and then gradually as you get over that fear of the hieght then go up in height and eventually you'll have concured that fear and if you can dance in front of a mirror great do those same moves on a dance floor who cares what people think, or get dance dance revolution for yuor ps2 system and practices the moves on that for that's what my sister is doing to get ready for her wedding and the wedding dance with her new husband. Good luck

Dancing: Depends on the kind of dancing, ball room dancing (like a waltz) needs to be taught. A rumba or a Tango needs to be well observed and maybee taught. But, club dancing...simple: Drink alcohol, pray to God, and mimic everyone around you no matter how goofey you feel. I listen to metal and I hate dancing, I did this once

Heights: This is a little tricky, I got over my fear because my a/v club instructor said, "Matt, if you can't handle heights, you are useless." That got me over my fears quickly .

hi i think you are a very emotional person. you need to take life in a different way. the will to dance comes when u r full of enthusiasm. even the greatest of music cannot make you dance if u are not interested. first let u r mind vibrate and slowly u will start vibrating. be fearless of every thing in life and u will win u r competition with heights
