I know what 'horny' means for a man. I mean, it seems a horny man is looking for an event whereas a woman with the same problem may be looking for a fixture. Who would you look for if you were, in fact, horny?

cindylu, some very good points ... I think as a man I don't realize how much not being though a tramp means to a woman. I wonder how other men think on that?

Thanks Kim~ I don't think I agree that because men do something that women must follow... I am looking more for what the woman feels sexually and how would she go about satisfying herself. Maybe what you say is an issue for a lot of women... As a man I don't really feel I want to get into that issue... I mean, I am horny I will try to avoid a woman with a lot of politcs. I am asking you if you are honry do really, really care about that?

I think women get as horny as men, We just get bored of relationship sex quickly. But we fantacise alot and feel horny.

women get just as horney as men if that is the way they are wired. While a man can go and sleep with anyone, even pay for it and still be respected, women know that the double standard still exists and sex with strangers if very dangerous and more so if you are a woman so we tend to try to find a more permanent relationship. We need to know that if we trust you and give it up we must feel that we know you enough to have the trust that you will not hurt or kill us. Being horney is harder for a woman because you can't just walk up to some strange man ask them out for drinks and then take them to your bed. It is called being a tramp or worse and no woman wants or needs that lable.

I know when I am horny, I want to have sex. I feel that way often. Of course the feeling can be enhanced by having a man or a woman treat you well.

OK people..it is about time women stop being called a tramp or sl@t just because they like to have sex..with different men..as long as we are responsible and it isn't hurting anyone..then so be it..am i right?...this is how it is..alot of women have a furious sexual appetite especially during the peak years..and i think it is OK for a women to fulfill her urges..men do it all the time..i think it is our turn now...like i said as long as no one gets hurt it should be her business
