The recipe calls for 2 boxes of semisweet. which is a total of 16 squares... so this isnt just a cube or so. Its a bunch of chololate. I can guess but would like to think there is some perfect conversion for this. One more thng, the 2nd step the wint bring em dimwer

I'm pretty sure I dozed off right in the middle of my details regarding the 2nd step of the fudge recipe...WTF??

Thanks to the 1st answerer. She brought this to my attention. I have not stopped laughing since then.
and hats off to the 2nd and 3rd answers... didn't even get any digs in... how do you pass something like that up. your better people than me, cuz i'm brutal...
ps. 2nd step is condensed sweetened milk..... hey i see what i meant now. WOW - by the way... Merry Christmas Eve.

Easy. Add some icing or castor sugarto the recipe, a little at first and a little more later if necessary, otherwise you will lose some of the chocolate taste.
Personally, I would say that as fudge is very sweet anyway, you will gain, rather than lose buy using unsweetened chocolate.

try ading some sugar....but not too much. probably like 1/2 cup or so. or you could just go back to tthe storoe and buy some semisweet!
