Jesus did not have Christmas presents. How could he when Christmas did not come into existence until the fourth century?
Moreover, the magi did not arrive at the time of Jesus' birth. When they arrived, Jesus and his parents were in a house, according to Matthew 2:11. And the fact that Jesus could have been as much as two years old by this time is seen in the fact that Herod mandated the murder of all boys two years and under which would be wholly unnecessary if Jesus were a mere infant.
Finally, the magi did not give birthday gifts. They gave gifts in harmony with the tradition of the time. It was customary to give presents to royalty. Compare, for example, 1 Samuel 10:24-27; 2 Kings 20:12 and 1 Kings 10:1, 10 and 13.

Well, yes he did, from the three kings at his birth. The other gifts on the other hand were from his birthday. I think christmas as we know it today just started late after Jesus has lived. They just celebrated his birthday. Lol. hope I made any sense...
