Eid al Fitr has passed. It was after the month of Ramadan.

Anyways, if at all you have to convey the Eid al fitr greetings, you can say 'Eid Mubarak' which means, may this Eid be blessed for you.

It starts after the month of Ramadan, i.e. 1st day of Shawwal, and lasts for only a day.

The same greeting holds good for the 2nd the last Eid for a calender year. i.e. Eid al Adha.
