I think a guy have to know the right techniques to kiss a girl on the neck. Some of the guys are really bad at doing it that. While others are good.
If a guy can control himself and sniffing the girl but not desperate, it may turn on a girl.

the skin on the neck is very delicate n sensitive... every breathe blown there can be felt and shivers can be sent from head to toe... so naturally ever touch on the neck is amazinly felt... n every touch sends signals to the brains and sensations result in that... it's like a hint of what's to come... it's soft...tender... innocent... and yet so filled w/ raw desire... it's hard to explain but... kisses on my neck drives me to the edge too ^^
