yes if you still have the paper work phone the company and they will send you it they did mine but I no longer have the details. Its not called pacific its like a german name Sneider or summat like that good luck

I always use http://www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk/info/multiregion/hackable.asp for all my needs. I've never bought a cheap Tesco/Asda DVD player yet that hasn't been listed either here or on their help forums.
