Well it sounds simple to say one has to talk, so I won;t say that...First you need to know something about the subject matter assuming there is one...if there isn't then it's just as simple as keying a response to something said...the reply is the ball that gets tossed back and forth like a game of catch and if your reply is not relevant than it's like a wild throw that can't be caught...it leaves the "catcher " without a ball to toss back, and either annoyed they have to go chasing after it or left out because it way out of their reach ...A flow of words that make sense makes a sentence understandable...A flow of connected thoughts make a conversation.
