Met a gal- artist n educated-on matrimonial site. got along quite well until she became rather over inquisitive thinking i was from same college as her ex [she is still enamored with him-he got married a month back]. moment i told her i was not from same college she literally slammed in my face. Do you really want to be second best to this chap? If you do, then go for it, try and win her back. But, I don't think she could make you happy, and do you think that you could make her happy?

Yea well... Not much you can do here except plant a seed . You may need to try a somewhat "cocky" approach.
I know it's a game and yes, it sucks.. But....Come-on she is still hooked on the just got married dude
Let her know how she appears to be holding hope for this guy "who did not go to the same college as you"...Let her know there is something very magnetic about her Tell her you hope one day she allows you to find out what that is exactly. Tell her you understand letting go of a person you once loved is no easy task. But whenever she is ready to let go and move on...(give her your cell#) please call you... Because you can think of a million and one ways of helping out with that... OK? ...

She is obviously having a hard time getting over this ex and probably isn't ready to move on just yet. Try being her friend and listen to her, when she feels the time is right to move on you'll be there and she'll want to be more because you've been there for her.

Forget about her. Your true love is around the corner, believe me. After the dark comes a glorious dawn!

she's probably missing her ex. just be a friend to her. she will need a shoulder to cry on, this doesn't always work. she may see, how sweet you can be and fall for you.
