Well... according to a food hygeine course I attended it should be no warmer than minus 20 degrees centergrade... We have one and the factory preset is minus 22.

Any freezer should be 0 degrees Fahrenheit or lower. Be careful when adding warm or hot foods to a freezer as they can raise the temperature significantly.

BTW... The refrigerator should be 41 degrees F or lower.

Frozen food must be kept at -18C or lower, so I guess that is the answer.
