the bad news is that it is largely to do with genes, diet and activity. but what does help (won't make it disappear tho!) is a great healthy eating plan, alot of cardiovascular and weight training exercise plan and then eliminating any stimulants like instant coffee rather drink pitch black filter coffer (more antioxidants); refined sugars rather have fruit and veg. low carbs will also help. try a safe detox plan to kickstart your body, then move onto a high fruit and veg eating plan. eat 6 meals (small ones)per day to get metabolism going, all cellulilte and fat are, are enlarged fat cells - we all have the same amount just depends on how big they've gotten, we also sometimes have what is called fat pocket - like saddle bags etc. good luck! and remember, even some skinny ballerinas have cellulite!

You can't eradicate it completely. It is a connective tissue disorder. You can have Mesotherapy or Endermologie treatments to reduce it, but they must be repeated indefinitely to maintain results.

You can also try body brushing to improve circulation, make sure you have a healthy diet and exercise regularly and drink plenty of water. HTH : )
