To get into a woman's bed, you have to make her feel like the most beautiful woman on earth. Charm her, compliment her, keep the total focus on her. Make it all about her. Nothing gets a woman hotter than thinking this guy worships the ground she walks on.
Then, you drop the "bomb" and mention that you'd really love to get to know her more but will be leaving for a few weeks, months, whatever u wanna say. Say that you will be leaving really soon (like a few days). She will think "oh no, I'm gonna lose any chance with this wonderful attentive man", and PRESTO, she will want to jump you by the end of the night.
That's all you do guys. Show her bait then threaten to take it away. She will want it that much more. We always want what we can't have.
Oh another good trick is to bring a hot girl friend with you, or a few girls, but pay all attention to the woman you want. She will feel like she's "won" you. Women are incredibly jealous and competitive. Give them that competition.

There's no timeline. Every guy is different. For example, if I met a guy like you, it would be never. Why the hell would any woman want to sleep with a guy who can't even be bothered to talk to her? If that's what you're looking for, try escorts. They don't like the whole talking thing either. Just bring lots of money.

it requires a lot of talking and you have to tame her... try to read the taming of the shrew...
a decent and sane lady would only go to bed with you if you have gained her trust and confidence and her love as well...
if you only want a lady for an intercourse ,try escorts...you only have to bring cash with you and you don't have to talk...
